Glenn is a thought leader in the life insurance industry. Glenn started working in insurance and technology in 1986, including a stint in actuarial and pricing at a life insurance company. He was amongst the first 1000 companies to accept credit cards online in Canada, and his website was the first to offer online life insurance quotes in Canada. In 2006 he led the industry in providing insurance remotely; his processes were used by life insurance companies as models for their guidelines. In 2025, he launched Canada's first proprietary life insurance chatbot - TermBOT! In his free time he continues with expanding his actuarial education, collects antique insurance books, and acts as the webmaster for the internet's busiest actuarial discussion forum.
