What's the difference between BadenAI Starter and Subscription?
Same features, different token allocation. Starter is $99 one-time for 100K tokens (90-day expiry) — designed to let you try every module. Subscription is $149/user/month for 1M tokens that reset monthly, with $99 top-up packs available when you need more.
How does the Pro Bundle discount work?
When CRM Pro + BadenAI Subscription are both active on your account, a 15% discount auto-applies to both. No codes, no calls. Cancel one and the discount lifts. The Bundle integration features (transcripts to timeline, tasks from calls, etc.) also unlock automatically.
Does Bundle integration work with BadenAI Starter?
Yes — integration features unlock with CRM Pro + any BadenAI plan, including Starter. The 15% discount specifically requires the ongoing Subscription pairing, since Starter is already a one-time intro price.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

AgencyCRM Pro has a base fee of $79/month plus $59/month per advisor and $24/month per admin. Set seat counts at signup and adjust them at any time — changes are prorated automatically.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards via Stripe. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
What happens if I run out of BadenAI tokens?
Purchase a top-up pack ($99 / 500K tokens) from inside the app. Top-up tokens roll over — they don't expire at the end of the month.
